The solid foundation of any project is laid by its team, and the same is true in our case. We are a group of crypto enthusiasts who have decided to create a mini-app based on blockchain technology. The development of our own blockchain has allowed us to ensure the security, reliability, and continuity of transactions.

We conducted comprehensive market research to identify key trends and user needs in the crypto industry. After generating several ideas, we finally settled on the following: creating a crypto solution that harmoniously intertwines crypto wallet functions and game mechanics with an eco/green aspect.

After developing the basic functionality of the app, integrating it with the blockchain, and adding all the necessary features (including token transfers), we conducted testing and finally launched the HMDF mini-app. Based on Telegram, we created a game in which users can grow a tree and earn tokens by watering it.

We have helped users develop the habit of caring for Earth's plant life by regularly watering their virtual trees. However, we didn’t want to stop there. The user experience needed improvement. To enhance it, we added a referral system and the ability to earn additional HMDF and GROW tokens by completing certain actions.

To capture and sustain users' attention, we decided to launch a new campaign. It included a series of limited-time events, allowing users not only to care for their 3D trees but also to have fun within our app.

Attracting a user's interest is one thing, but keeping their attention is quite another. So at this stage we plan to focus on enhancing the user experience and expanding the ecosystem. This includes hosting offline events to engage with our community, launching an in-game store offering a variety of NFT assets and seasonal mode selections. We also plan to implement a token burn mechanism.

As we approach the end of the first season, we will prepare for a seamless transition into the next phase. We will prepare for our listing on exchanges and conduct a Token Generation Event, followed by an airdrop to further distribute tokens within the community.

To avoid resting on our laurels and to maintain interest in the project, we will launch a second season, which will introduce new gameplay mechanics and take our project to a new level upon entering the blockchain mainnet.

To ensure further growth and expand the project's capabilities, we will proactively search for new strategic partners. It is important for us to collaborate with those who share our vision and are committed to developing and supporting the existing ecosystem. Additionally, our future plans will focus on improving the user experience, expanding the functionality of our app, and opening up new opportunities.
